Manual middle &©|160;pressure Threaded butterfly valve
RODEO can offer almost full range of this series product. For easy site maintenance services
butterfly valve&©|160; with silver primer coating. Allows for a large flow rate
and little head loss/pressure drop across the valve due to the full bore design and recess
for the disc to sit in when fully open. Designed to BS 1868, flanges according to ASME/ANSI B16.5,
face to face according to ASME B16.10, testing and inspection according to API598.&©|160;Ideally suited for liquid fuels, diesel and oils.

Standard Test :
Body Test: 1.5 times the working pressure with water. This test is performed after valve assembly and with disc in half position open, it is called as a&©|160;body hydro test.
Seat Test: 1.1 times the working pressure with water.
Function /&©|160;Operation Test: At the time of final inspection, each valve and its actuator (Flow-Control Lever /&©|160;Gear /&©|160;Pneumatic Actuator), under goes a&©|160;complete operating test (Open/Close). This test carried out without pressure and at ambient temperature. It ensures the correct operation of the valve /&©|160;actuator assembly with accessories such as solenoid valve, limit switches, air filter regulator etc.
Special Test: On request, any other test can be carried out according to special instruction by client.
